Cement Production Line
1、 Crushing and homogenizing
1)During the process of broken cement production, most of the
material is to be broken, such as limestone, clay, iron ore and
coal. As the largest amount of limestone to produce cement raw
materials after mining, the particle size is large, high hardness,
so the crushing limestone in the cement crushing occupies an
important position.
2)Pre-averaging technique is a kind of scientific stacker
technology, which happened during the storage and fetching process
of raw material to realize the function of raw material’s storage
and averaging in the process of first Initial homogenization.
2、Preparation of raw material
Cement production process, each producing 1 ton of Portland cement
grinding at least 3 tons of materials (including raw materials,
fuel, clinker, mixed materials, gypsum), according to statistics,
the dry cement production line of grinding operations need to
consume Power accounts for about 60% of total power over plants,
which account for 30% of the raw material grinding more than about
3% of total coal mill, cement grinding about 40%. Therefore,
selecting grinding equipment and processes, optimization of process
parameters, proper operation, control operation system for ensuring
product quality, reduce energy consumption is of great
significance.
3、 Raw Material Averaging
During the production of new dry cement, the stability of pit entry
of raw material is the precondition of the stability of Clinker
firing system. The system of raw material averaging plays an
important role in the last process about the stability of pit entry
of raw material.
4、Preheat decomposition
Preheating the raw material and some decomposition are completed by
the preheater, instead of some functions of rotary kiln, to shorten
the length of the kiln back, while allowing the kiln to heat
accumulation state of the process gas feed, move to the inner
suspension preheater , which will give the same kiln raw material
to emit hot gas mix, increase the contact area of gas materials,
heat, fast heat exchange efficiency, to improve the kiln system
productivity, reduce heat consumption of clinker purpose.
1)Material dispersion

2)Gas-solid separation
When carrying material powder into the air after the cyclone it is
forced by the cyclone tube and inner tube (exhaust pipe) to do

cone, and then turned on the spin up, from the exhaust.
3)Precalcining
The emergence of pre-decomposition of cement calcining process is a
technical leap forward. It is added between the preheater and
rotary kiln calciner and use up the flue, set the fuel sprayed into
the device, so that the exothermic fuel combustion process and raw
material endothermic carbonate decomposition process, the calciner
suspended within fluid state under state or quickly, so that the
decomposition of raw material into the kiln was increased to 90%.
And then move decomposition task into the furnace to decompose;
most fuel most is added from decomposing furnace, few is added from
the entrance of kiln to reduce heat load, extended liner life which
is conducive to large scale production.
4、The burning of cement clinker
Raw material for completion in the cyclone preheater preheating and
pre-decomposition, the next process is carried out into the rotary
kiln clinker.
In the rotary kiln carbonate further break down quickly and a
series of solid-phase reaction of the cement clinker and other
minerals. As the material temperature rises and other minerals will
become liquid, dissolved in the liquid phase in the reaction and
generate a lot of clinker. When the clinker has been done, the
temperature begins to fall.
5、Cement grinding
Cement grinding is the last procedure of cement producing, also the
most power-consumption procedure. Its main function is to cement
clinker (and gelling agent, performance tuning materials, etc.)
grinding to the appropriate size (in fineness, specific surface
area, said), the formation of a certain particle size distribution,
increasing the size of its hydration accelerate the hydration rate
of cement paste to meet the setting, hardening requirements
